About the Author

Terry Podnar, a graduate of Kent State, is a screenwriter based in Akron, OH, with the flexibility to relocate. Over the past year, he has written four feature-length screenplays and four short scripts, all of which have received multiple awards. Notably, his feature script, The Red Zone, was placed on The Red List in January of this year. Terry’s passion for film began early, as he wrote and filmed numerous independent projects. During that period, he founded and led a successful business serving the continental U.S. However, he ultimately returned to his first love: writing screenplays.
