Film Overview
The two-part movie delves into the challenges Emmanuel and Gabriella encounter as they strive to build a future together. While falling in love is easy, maintaining that love and nurturing a relationship over many years proves to be much harder. In the first part, Emmanuel is forced to leave Gabriella in secret on their seventh anniversary to address his legal troubles and protect her from his issues. In the second part, seven years later, Emmanuel musters the courage to return to Gabriella, but their reunion doesn’t go as planned. Can their love withstand the test of time?
Director’s Cut
Alexandra Savu earned a BFA degree in Film and Media Arts from Southern Methodist University and has been active in the film industry for the past ten years. She has taken on roles such as cinematographer, editor, DIT, sound mixer, and director for various short and feature films, lately contributing more to the post-production side of the industry by editing trailers and music videos too.
Alexandra also has corporate experience working as a contractor or freelance editor, sound mixer, colorist, or graphic designer at different post houses in Dallas, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, including 3008 Studios, Charlie Uniform Tango, Zone Productions, and InSync PLUS. She worked for a year and a half at NBCUniversal within the cable entertainment and creative marketing department for BRAVO.
Directing, writing, and producing her biggest passion film stands out as a highlight of Alexandra’s career. She dedicated all her knowledge and efforts to bringing these movies to life in the best way possible.
